- Investment can be transferred to another investor by mutual/legal agreement should the investor wan to cash out before expiration of investment tenure.
- Investors will receive the following documents and collaterals
- Contract note
- Insurance certificate
- Receipt of payment
- Allocation and land documents

- Oga for Property Land banking investment is a direct investment on land which has been acquired and structured into an estate development by the company
- The land is secured from communal differences and government documentations.
- The defined land or estate is under continuous development which makes the land appreciate in value over the investment tenure (12 months or 24 months).
- An investor commits a defined amount to the acquisition of land via the Land banking scheme.
- An agreed amount is agreed as ROI after a defined tenure (6 months and above). All legal documentation and agreements on this investment are prepared and signed between Oga for property and the buyer. Oga for Property is absolutely responsible to pay back investors both amount invested in the purchase of the land and agreed Return on Investment at the expiration of defined tenure.
- The buyer or investor can also decide to roll over the amount used in the purchase of the defined land with the defined agreement to that effect in other to make the land more appreciable.
